A perfect accommodation: quiet, close to the centre, clean, comfortable. The centre is only a few minutes walk away. In this still morbid city the hotel is a true haven of peace. We'll come back here in a few years to see what's become of this town.

The breakfast unfortunately not just standard the pastry and bread for Best Western unusually bad. All a little bit very sweet.

Centrally located, monitored parking lot. Very pleasant staff. Restaurant: cultivated, classic atmosphere (a rarity!). Nice breakfast (champagne!)

Good location, friendly reception, as I am travelling a lot the most important are the matracess for me, becuause of my back. In this hotel the bed was OK.
The breakfast is kind of poor could have more selection.

Very good place to stay in the centre of Arad. Professional staff. Nice spacious rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast and restaurant.Stayed here several times and will stay here again when I have to be in Arad.

Staff very helpful and spoke good English. Room very clean with excellent facilities. Very good meal but in a smoky restaurant.
There does not appear to be a non-smoking section in the restaurant. A small group of chain smoking local businessmen meant the atmosphere was somewhat unpleasant. I choose this hotel because of its location. On arrival I could not find it at the location given on the map and had to resort to using a taxi. I have since discovered that they have managed to get 4 different locations on Google maps by calling themselves Best Western Central Hotel Arad, Hotel Best Western Central, Best Western Central Hotel & BW Central Hotel Arad. One of these shows as being quite close to the station which is where I thought I was staying but it was actually located more than 1 km further away. As a result of this underhand practice I do not feel able to recommend this hotel.

Location was good; was near a big shopping area ( Mariahilfestrasse).
Small parking space ; bigger cars(SUV) might encounter problems , mobility-wise

This hotel is an excellent choice, you will pay a little more than some other options but you will be satisfied with the choice. It's in a great location to the center of town, was easy to find, and a comfortable stay.

Staff promptly upgraded the room upon request based on improper quality of standard double room booked. Kind waiters.
This is rather a hotel of 3 dirty stars. A general unpleasant smell within standard room and common areas. Breakfast with generous choice (however, bad coffee), but food not sufficiently fresh. Overall, we regret changing our regular option for our transit through Arad during skiing holiday abroad.
